Join me November 6th - November 20th  for a 2-week whole body reset based on East/West seasonal nourishment and restoration practices

The Fall Immune (mini) Reboot incorporates immune system revitalizing practices that are applicable all year long and provide a foundational experience of self-care.

  • Taught through video tutorials and written materials as a self study, with the option of up to 3 personal consultations with Julia to customize your reboot experience.

    Fall Immune (mini) Reboot Overview

    This Fall’s Reboot is divided into 3 separate day modules. Each day module focuses on revitalizing a different part of the immune system: Skin Barrier Immunity, Digestive Immunity and Respiratory Immunity.

    A small packet of materials for each day module will be emailed to you a week before we start the course along with your course daily schedule, the Fall Immune Reboot Recipe Book, and a grocery shopping list so you have plenty of time to prep.

    Each day module packet will include the guidelines on proper hydration, recommended movement practices and organ support practices that are outlined in your course daily schedule for each of the 3 days.

    We will cycle through the 3 days starting with the Skin Immunity Day and ending our 2-week Reboot with a Digestive Immunity Day with one Break Day half way through. In total we will be repeating each Skin and Digestive day module 5 times and the Respiratory day module 4 times.

    If you register for the Reboot Custom Coaching option, you can schedule up to three 30 minute coaching sessions with me throughout the Reboot and we can work together on tweaking the Reboot just for you.

  • What is the cost?

    You have 2 options this year for the Reboot:

    1. Self-Study Option - $227

      This Reboot option is great if you don’t need individualized personal coaching from me, and are happy to take the packaged course and run with it in your own beautiful way.

    2. Custom Coaching Option - $427

      This Reboot option is perfect if you prefer a mix of online and in person, or want to customize your Reboot to a specific healing goal.

  • What if I find out the Fall Reboot is not what I was hoping it would be? What is your refund policy?

    I offer a one-week, no-questions-asked guarantee! If you realize that the Fall Reboot is not for you, you can contact me within a week of when you register, and I will offer you a full refund.

  • How much time should I plan on investing in this?

    The Fall Reboot can truly be whatever time commitment you want to put into it. With that said, if you do everything according to how it is outlined, assume that it is going to be around 10 hours of time a week. This accounts for time spent meal planning and cooking, and engaging in the hydration, movement, mindfulness, and self-care practices. If you choose the Custom Coaching option with me, then add another 90 minutes to the total Reboot.

  • How techy is this course?

    This mini Reboot is super tech-simple. All you need to be able to do is open emails and click on live links to pdf documents. You will need to have the ability to open pdfs and you tube videos.

    The Fall Immune Reboot allows you the space, time and guidance to get your immune system ready and vital for the viral season. It is bursting with delicious and simple seasonal recipes, Qigong and mindful movement, guidance in optimal hydration and organ support practices all designed to reset you without the pressure, pain and self-judgement of a complicated cleanse.

Pretty excited to gather around our beautiful healing space and an organization that has brought more healing to our community's young people in the 3 short years they've been around than anyone would've thought. The Hive isn't just a super rad teen center that teens like mine actually WANT to support and spend time at. It's also a place kids feel safe, accepted, wanted, respected and valued. Within a community that has boasted a teen suicide rate of 3x the national average in the past, and a state that saw a rise in teen suicide of 70% in 2021, we are so blessed to have The Hive.
